This piece measures 1 metre x 1.5 metres and is an original acrylic with gold leaf detailings onto canvas. It was commissioned by the Carlow-Hilton family from California, USA and will be hung on the lounge wall of their lovely west coast home. I have used palette knives and rollers to build up areas of texture and there are flashes of warmth to add light and love to this essentially cool palette stylised beachscape. This was a joy to paint.
