This is a heavily textured original painting. It follows on from other pieces that explore refections of trees over water. It measures 24 x 30" on a deep edged canvas and I used heavy body acrylic applied onto the canvas with palette knives. Gold leaf has been applied in areas for a shimmering effect. This piece is very atmospheric and tranquil.
